With gyms closing and not everyone having access to a park or a bike (or indeed some of us are on full lock down) here are some useful sites to help keep you active at home using your body weight only. In no particular order:
The body coach - https://www.youtube.com/user/thebodycoach1/featured he offers quick HIIT workouts you can do in your bedroom, garden, living room. The body coach also has children workouts on his Youtube page now - with alot of children going through home schooling - what a great way to do some different and keep them active and burn some energy!
Peleton - they are offering free 90 days if you sign up to the use of their app. You do not need a bike or treadmill. They have power walks, yoga, meditation, strength classes and plenty more. Take advantage - its free and the instructors do a great job. *Update* they now have new cardio dance classes you can do at home on the app for all those budding dancers out. I'd love to see video's of these on social media!
Lululemon - also have a Youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/lululemon/featured offering loads of Yoga classes you can do at home.
Planet Fitness - are streaming daily at 7pm NY time on facebook - classes are 20 mins and are free during the Coronavirus outbreak https://www.facebook.com/planetfitness/
Results Wellness Lifestyle - are doing daily instagram live exercise classes such as boxercise, Barre and even family workouts. They publish the schedule & here is a link to their insta page .
Yoga Studio - classes range from 10-60 minutes. 7 days free trial. Click here to download the app and try
Nike Training Club (NTC) - access is free until further notice. They want you to stay healthy and active. Enjoy on-demand class-style workouts, programs, and expert tips on nutrition, sleep, and more with free access to NTC Premium to all Nike Members until further notice. Click here to download the app.
Soul Cycle - they are doing something called "off the bike", again home workouts live va instagram. Click here for their page and they show if its ET (New York) or PST (west coast time).
Special Olympics - have released School of Strength. Click here for the link. They have 3 levels of video's - Superstar, Champion and Master trainer. Video's available now - free.
Davina McCall - offers 30 days free on her fitness platform "own your own goals". here is the link
Tom Daly - 10 minute workouts. Using bodyweight Tom is doing 10 min daily workouts and uploading them to his main instagram page. Here is the link to his instagram

HIIT - Richard Coopers takes participants through a 45 minute home bodyweight HIIT workout. No gym equipment needed, just water, a towel and a mat if you have one (not essential). All abilities can participate, complete as much or as little as you like, at your own pace. Times, 9am UK, 10am Central Europe time, 5pm HKT, 8pm Sydney time. Here is the link
